Realflow waiting about a minute before start simulating

Im using reallfow 2015, and yesterday I simulate some softbody dynamics and everything was working fine, but today Realflow start waiting about a minute before start simulating. I tried restarting the machine etc. I was facing the same problem before but then realflow was waiting about 5 sec, and I ...

Re: Initial state resulution

No problem its a personal project, I even consider to make a tutorial if the final result is good. My first problem was with resolution - is it normal to be set at 15 000? If I set it to 100 - 3 particles per frame.... Now I set it to 15 000 and use a sheeter daemon. In the images below you will see...

Re: Initial state resulution

From Realflow manual: As long as there is no external force acting on the particles this grid remains stable (you will see a motion, but this is the result of the fluid's internal forces). Once you add a force, e.g. a “Gravity” daemon, and simulate, the fluid starts to collapse. This is a normal pro...

Re: Initial state resulution

Im trying to fill the bottle and make an initial state. After that with D-spline to pull out the liquid into the glass. I want more resolution but even I crank up to 10 000 it isn't enough.

Re: Initial state resulution

It blows the particles unfortunately. I have another issue now - when I increasing resolution drastically - the result isn't that I expected. In resolution of 1000 I think that the space between particles is quite a lot.

Initial state resulution

Hi is it possible to up the resolution of particles when they are in initial state, or I have to simulate again to reach that initial state?

Re: Viscous liquid RF 2014

Any idea how to smooth this areas? (I have used the particle mesh legacy)

Re: Viscous liquid RF 2014

I made a few changes after your comment - the result is what I wanted.

Re: Viscous liquid RF 2014

I noticed that the problem maybe is the meshing. When I'm using particle mesh legacy The result is much closer to what I want. But in the legacy version the mesh flickers just a bit. Now im trying with resulution of the particles -100. Hope that will fix the problem.

Viscous liquid RF 2014

Hi
Im trying to learn Realflow and I have stuck with one of the tutorials from digital-tutors. I can't get the same result like in the tutorial. Then I Open the scene from project files, again the simulation look very different. I am with RF2014 in the tutorial is 2013 - is that the problem?
