Bookmarking Threads?

Maybe this is just me... but I find myself always trying to track down posts. Is it possible to allow members to bookmark favorite threads? This may involve alot of work though, not sure, just a suggestion. :)

The orange icon on the top corner of each thread is supposed to do that
but doesnt... we have to check.
