hi there, youre not interested in my story, so ill skip it
my main problem is that i need a software that lets me simulate a motion captured by an IMU(internal mesurment unit, hope it to make it real time through a serial port)
basically i need to simulate a fillen cup of coffee/glass of water, whatever, and the cup/glass must move by the data comming from the imu
is it possible in realflow ?
what do i need? and what do i need to learn?
im sorry for my bad english, hope you get what i wanted, ty in advance
have a nice day
hi guys, its kinda urgent

Hi
welcome to the forum. However, I am afraid to disappoint you. Realflow gives you the tools to illustrate such a project in a graphical way, but it is not a simulation software for mechanics and engineering (you notice that by the absence of real world units). If you need a mechanical simulation, search for "CFD" computational fluid dynamics software.

For that kind of money you could club together and start your own studio or even your own film!
